• Biography: Matt is the lead singer and songwriter in British-based alternative soul band Smoke Feathers. He has worked as a journalist in South America and Europe and currently lives in London with his wife where Smoke Feathers have built a reputation as one of the capital's most mesmerizing live acts. They have gained notoriety for giving away most of their music at their MySpace page and can count Ian Brown (ex-Stone Roses) and Shaun Ryder (Happy Mondays) among those caught nodding their heads in approval. They are currently up for Best Alternative Act in the UK 2008 INDY Music Awards, a contest decided via a public email vote.
